When you will click on the contact in the left sidebar bar then you will get the option called Ultimate DB there you will get all the forms in the dropdown. You will have to select the specific form which data you want to see. There will be listed all submitted form data and you will be able to export CSV Data from the form. you can also view the submitted data by clicking the VIEW button.
